So a qualitative chose can be quantified? Color me unimpressed. Naturally socialists would construct a study to justify themselves.

"On a scale of one to ten, how happy are you?"

The truth is modern capitalist countrys that offer Health Care and inexpensive (in the case fo the Danes FREE) and ready access to education result in happier people.

Now you could say that the socialist Brits were slanting the data but of course the UK ranks 41st so there goes that theory ;)

Let see the Seychelles is a French territory, but I doubt it has exactly the same quality of health the States has. I seriously question their methodology and don't buy into that "free health care availability" bullshit. Gee I sit around all day wanting health care. No, fitness, a good family, a safe environment and opportunity are the causes of happiness. Purpose leadds to happiness. Being healthy aids in happiness but health care generally has little role in that as genetics, nutrition, and exercise play a much larger role in happiness that availability of medicines, unless you're speculating that drugged up people are by definition happy. You've deluded by your years in Canada. Stop buying their shit, it will make you sick.

I can't imagine Danes sitting up there in overcast land being happiness. That study is seriously flawed.

How are they able to afford all this where we can't. Hmmm.

I'm absolutely certain you could get a hold of the data for examination the STUDY was done by a British university. It's interesting that all the reasons you cite in an above post: ‘Purpose leads to happiness. Being healthy aids in happiness’ ARE main reasons Danes cite for their happiness!

And simply because you say it's seriously flawed does not make it so ... actually your credibility on the subject leads me to believe it's bang on ;)

I thought America was the greatest nation on Earth ... why can't the US find a way to do it?
