Let see the Seychelles is a French territory, but I doubt it has exactly the same quality of health the States has. I seriously question their methodology and don't buy into that "free health care availability" bullshit. Gee I sit around all day wanting health care. No, fitness, a good family, a safe environment and opportunity are the causes of happiness. Purpose leadds to happiness. Being healthy aids in happiness but health care generally has little role in that as genetics, nutrition, and exercise play a much larger role in happiness that availability of medicines, unless you're speculating that drugged up people are by definition happy.
