I don't know if I am or not. I don't know what aberrant is. I have heard someone described as having aberrant behavior so I assume it is bad.

Haven't looked around too much yet. Am here at the urging of a friend. So I hate sports, and I typically don't enjoy discussing politics with Mormons. So what does this world offer me?

Arch or Sooner may take you to a subject more to your liking.

Seattle considers me exceptional ... well I'll be!

Just to be clear, I didn't actually say I think the temple was sexist in my Relief Society lesson. I just said I don't like going there, and it's not the bastion of peace for me that some say it is for them. Not as bad, right? The subtext was very subtle, I'm sure.

Well, I've always been a person who speaks her mind, so I'm sure I can find something to say. . . there seems to be plenty of Mitt Romney hating going on, and I'm hip to that.

So it appears you are a counter-culturist, loathing Romney because he's Mormon and loathing the temple because it's not hip.

What do you like?

Many of us here like cycling, classics, money, travel and other stuff. Not all of us are Bohemian and there are some fiscal conservatives here. We have our resident communists and socialists, but we also have fiscal conservatives if you don't mind them.

so with every bit of information I give, can I be categorized? I'll play that, sure.

I like food. Like to eat it, make it, read about it, think about it. . . I've been known to pay out hundreds on a single meal, but I can still appreciate the true goodness that is the Big Mac.

I also do like politics. Due to a schedule change with the new school year, it has been virtually impossible for me to watch Hardball on MSNBC, and that's driving me crazy. Chris Matthews is a big part of my life. . .

Did it disturb you then, that Chris drooled all over himself over Romney's religion speech? I suppose even Chris has his moments, he did vote for Bush the first time around.

Oh, by the way, welcome.

It's not my favorite place either. I go because I know I should, but it's never been something I look forward to. It's nice to hear someone else be so honest about it.

"I don't know what truculant means but if its good then I'm it" - Muhamad Ali after Howard Cosell told him he was mighty truculant

There is a lot of hating of all things hip on this board. Be careful.
