Teens (Sophmore Year of HS) 5:08

Now (last winter) 6:30ish, as I recall. I did a couple Nike+ mile challenges, but I think I only tried a single mile for time once or twice. Anything under 7:00 pace is painful if you don't train for speed.

high school: 4:39 mile
