you will like this story. So yesterday when the market was down 150, I bought calls on the OEX. Paid $5. When the day ended they were at $2.70.

Yuk, I go home telling myself I have a gambling problem. This morning I just sold them for $7 and am still telling myself I have a gambling problem. Not really. I haven't bought any of those since the last time I said I did on this board. That trade I lost just a little less than I made on this one.

I still think trading options is more for amusement than making money. :)

Well I'm certainly in it to make money. But I will admit that one of the reasons I do it is because regular investing is boring. ;)

I got lucky. The options are only trading at $5.40 now. I think I will just sit back now and feed my bad habit by playing Texas Hold'em with the boys on Friday. :)
