I have not read this site, specifically, but have been following the developments in China over the past year or so.

Several of my clients have WFOEs in China, (ranging from pretty extensive manufacturing operations to computer coding and support for domestic entities) and the issue is, for audit and FIN48 purposes, how to properly value the WFOE on the US parent's Q's and K's....not so much from a transfer pricing standpoint, but from on overall bill of health. China's deliberate attempts to keep their currency undervalued right now is making a mess for other asian economies.

Come on, China....get the lead out!
