how many of you have or have considered setting up a trust fund for your kids in case one of you die (I'm not talking about if you both die).
The purpose behind this is if your spouse were to marry someone who didn't have your kids interests at heart.
So do you go with trust funds (at least in part) or do you give full discretion to your spouse and his/her future spouse (you must assume that there will be).
